I didn’t start my career in dentistry with the goal of becoming a consultant- I started chairside.

As a dental assistant, I spent years working directly with patients, learning what builds trust and what quietly breaks it. I saw first hand how relationships, communication, and consistency shape a patient’s experience and their decision to stay loyal to a practice.

Over time, my curiosity grew beyond the clinical side. I wanted to understand the “why” some practices thrived while others struggled, even when the dentistry itself was excellent.

That curiosity pulled me into the business and operations side of dentistry. Over the years, I transitioned into leadership roles, working deeply in operations management, team development, and practice growth-particularly within DSO’s I learned how systems, culture, and clarity directly impact profitability, retention, and team morale. More importantly, I saw how misalignment between leadership and teams could stall even the most promising practices.

After more than 20 years in dentistry, I felt called to do more. I wanted to help new doctors find their footing and seasoned doctors rediscover momentum. I built my consulting business to support practices in creating strong teams, honest patient relationships, and sustainable systems that allow everyone-doctors, teams, and patients to thrive.

My approach is grounded in real world experience, transparency, and a belief that successful practices are built on trust, not just numbers.

Today, my mission is simple: help dental practices prosper by building strong cultures, retaining great teams, and creating patient experiences rooted in truth and care.
